Refund Policy
Last updated: September 8, 2026
Free slots are always free — there's nothing to refund there. This page covers what happens when money is involved.
1. When you're outbid
Paying for a position guarantees you 24 hours on the board unless someone outbids you. If they do:
- You drop, you don't necessarily disappear. You move to the next position your original paid amount still beats, keeping whatever time you had left — no refund needed, since you're still listed.
- If nothing clears your bid, you're removed from the board — and refunded automatically for the unused portion of your original 24 hours, calculated as:
refund = amount paid × (hours remaining ÷ 24)
Example: you paid $10 for 1st place and get knocked entirely off the board after 6 hours, with 18 hours unused — you'd be refunded $10 × (18 ÷ 24) = $7.50.
2. When you're not outbid
If you hold your position for the full 24 hours without being outbid, you received exactly what you paid for — no refund applies, the same as any completed purchase.
3. Change of mind
Because paying for a position takes effect immediately — you're placed on the board the moment payment succeeds — we don't offer refunds for simply changing your mind after claiming. The only refunds are the automatic outbid-proration described above.
4. How refunds are issued
Refunds are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as Merchant of Record, back to your original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider, and is triggered automatically when you're removed from the board — you don't need to request it.
5. Something not right?
If a refund looks wrong, or you believe you were charged in error, email info@muslimbid.com with the business name and approximate time of the transaction, and we'll look into it. You can also raise a billing dispute directly with Paddle as the merchant of record for the transaction.
